Hello, Well I'm a technician and this oportunidada me out a mistake that I still have a Bizhub 652 B / N


First mistake : comes out as a red line around the panel.
Second mistake : I print a copy test and I get all lines in copy and print .
To review ?: Review the cylinder , strip , Laser, loose connectors (There was nothing all good) and no clean plates also look good panel and all is well
Apparently it is an update of the go
I hope I can clarify my doubts.

I had similar problem i c353. i think mfp board needs to be replaced (this with memory)

yep, corruption of the image processing memory - unfortunately the chips that are soldered to the MFP board.

No.

In my experience MFP board replacement has been required on every single instance of this defect.
