I am getting the C3508 code which happens after 4 J31-02 codes. I've tested PS17, Registration Motor, and voltages at the CDB...Tech support is suggesting I change this board. I can get a piece a paper with a full image right to the entrance of the fuser. As soon as it hits belt the machine codes out. Has anyone else come across this. When tech support starts telling me to start replacing boards I think they are just taking a wild guess at it, but hey I have request # to send board back when they are wrong.

I have the same problem.
I change Main Motor for fusing and duplex section, and sensor PS19, and I solved problem.
I have 2 problems in 1 mashines.
