I tried to update the firmware of a Konica Minolta Bizhub C200 leaves me no longer to scan and they told me it may be because of firware. I have a 512MB Compact Flash card and have the firware but I would not acknowledge that I can do? Where I can download exactly what goes into the Flash card?

He intentado actualizar el firmware de una Konica Minolta Bizhub C200 ya que no me deja escanear y me han dicho que puede ser por culpa del firware. Tengo una tarjeta Compact Flash de 512MB y tengo el firware pero no me lo reconoce, que puedo hacer? De donde puedo descargar exactamente lo que va en la tarjeta Flash?
