Hello techs. need help error code c-5302, bizhub 421.
Fan problem FM9. Already change it. PRCB change also. Any suggection.. This load check the fan are turning..

Did you make sure its the right fan "exhaust fan"?
Did you change it with the correct part?
Does the fan power up?
Or is there and DC voltage for the fan?


Do a trouble reset for the fun of it.

thanck you for your reply, yes I change all the unit. came with two fan
