    Hi All

    Was trying to copy over the address book from a C280 to a C220 came up with product name different is there a way around this ??

    data administrator will absolutely do it, not sure how you are trying to do it.

      Have had success with opening the abbreviated text file with note pad...then editing the model number in upper left corner. This has worked on C203 to c253 and BH223's.

        Thanks for the info done as you said opened it up changed the file name and hey presto it worked a treat

          That doesn't work on newer models. I use data administrator which works between most bizhubs.

            Always double check SMB scans after transferring with Data Administrator. The encrypted password is often HIT OR MISS. Sometimes just transferring again will fix it.

              I've always assumed with data administrator that password don't carry over. It had never for me anyway.
