We have seen a lot of this jam code and have tried everything the manuals say to fix it. For the most part replacing the registration clutch or the whole assembly usually works. I am wondering if any one else has found something else that might cause this. We have tried different paper and checked all sensors any help is appreciated.

It's a tricky code looking at the manual.
Did you do the sensor checks?
Does this only happen on the second page fed?
Does the paper stops just after the exit sensor?
Did you try to adjust the loop timing?Whatever -

Allan we have tried all that we did have one that we never did get fixed with those same symptoms at exit, on second side but it was giving an c-3201. still in shop any help is appreciated.Comment

I replace Reg Sensor + Reg Sensor Flag + Reg Clutch as a set and clean+lube the Reg Rollers.
The reg flag gets most of the wear/ clutch can be cleaned and so the sensor. But new is new.Comment
