we have had this code before, but i have lost my notes in order to reset it, I know I have to hold down a button to begin to go into service mode, but have fogotten !

hold down utlility key when starting the main body with the main power

Helo hold down utility key on control panel when switching on the machine with the main power
hold it on until you get on service mode
