    Bizhub 3300p

    I know this is a printer, but I am posting it here anyway. lol
    I have a customer with a BH3300p printer that keeps resetting tray one to legal. I have set it back to letter through pagescope several time, but it keeps defaulting to legal. Has anyone had this problem? We have quite a few of these printers in the field and this is the only one that I know of with this problem.
    Any help is appreciated.

      I would flash firmware, and set it thru the op panel... maybe it would stay. No real problems with these models.

          I found firmware relating to this problem and installed it today. I will know within a couple days if it helped.

              Had this problem on a few of these.
              Try setting original size and tray size the same in printing preference on the driver. this has worked for us.
