BH423 display freeze

I have a machine bh423 have problem with display freeze. It happen sometimes out of sudden.

You can't ON or OFF the machine even the button and touch screen.

once switch off the main switch at bottom and then turn it on back will back to normal.

I am not sure what the problem will effect it.

Anyone facing this problem before.

Disconnect the Cat 5 network cable, then cycle power & test.

The cat 5 I have tried to disconnect before after the display freeze. But it still the same. sting freezing there.

This freezing happen daily once or twice a day.

Two days ago I just uninstall the HDD. Now currently running on SSD I perform the physical and logical format for this SSD. Then it running in good condition for time being.

The problem come back again. Dunno what to do with this machine.

Previously I have change another the MFP board from another machine but the result still the same.

Anyone can help on this problem ?

Unset the HDD.

Then, disconnect it and test

Update the firmware to the latest version.
