I'm no expert but, if the paper is exiting and the machine thinks it isn't exiting the problem is likely a sensor.

the paper turns out with a shadow of half of the copy , the copy stays on the belt and ''jam paper'' appears on the screen

Solenoid and/or clutch of the 2nd transfer roller. You'll find that solenoid just above the other one hidden in the frame under the stepper motor visible in the picture. I'll bet also in this case its a sticky patch but I had also several times that the grease in the clutch became gooied up. WD40 is your best friend with that. Leave the clutch in the machine, just put the straw of the WD40 on the tiny opening on the sleeve of the clutch where the spring coil peeps out and soak with WD40, wiggling at the same time the sleeve to allow WD40 to creep into the spring. Your machine will run another two years or so at least.......
