bizhub C300 nvram problem

this is an old machine bizhub C300 freeze in hourglass screen

so i need nvram firmware recovery and firmware to solve this problem

I tested the NVram in similar machine and it work so the problem is in the MFP Board

I think the firmware is corrupted


as I see nobody gives the nvram firmware reset of this machine


and now I want to try the firmware because nvram work

so can I use this firmware 4038-F000-GWJ-K1-101 this is for bizhub C250

or plaese someone send me this one : 9J06-F000-GCN-g4
