bizhub 423 with fuser codec 3421

mysteriously popped up during the weekend.. so it shows a low heat.. no problem I reset it. no dice.. then I replaced fuser
no dice. the fuser works fine in my machine back at the office.. I tried to access the solutions board on my Konica minola. they have made it harder
to do anything on that site. any thoughts? I did do a hard reset but we are not getting any further. board? looking for some thoughts

and to be more clear. I did reset to the trouble reset screen hit ok.. then shut the machine off and on 10 seconds in between.. at first I was thinking I was doing it wrong.. the little black dot comes up on the initial screen as well.. on previous machines you could hit the dot and touch the 3 button I think.. its been a while.. also I did check the right door operation. it seems to open and shut fine breaking the contact as it should.. it was another solution I read up on

Its normally a bad power supply if that does not work.
