Bizhub C450 fax forwarding file type

I can't find the setting to change the file type to pdf when forwarding faxes to an email address, they come in as a tiff.

Machine nvram had to be initialized, I've looked in admin settings, web settings, and service mode and can't find it anywhere. There is a parameter hexadecimal settings in service mode in fax, but I can't find anything in the manual.

Can anybody help?

Searched both the machine manual and the FK502 manual. And the results for the word "Tiff and pdf" returns nothing.
There is a function limitation on the forwarding settings if something like memory RX is in use.
There could be a bulletin somewhere.
