C368 not sending faxes to 0845 number

any ideas guys

i have a customer that has a C368 that has a FK-514 fitted they can not send a fax to this number.

I then recreated the same st up at my office and i also can not fax to this number while my C220 can fax to that specific number.

I have also tried other 0845 numbers with the same result.

Set fax to switch to V17 and drop the communication speed. The C220 is probably set to switch over to V17.
