Hey guys, got a weird one, it's a new install for the above model. A couple weeks after install they noticed they weren't receiving faxes from one particular place, I disabled ECM and JBIG, tested and seemed fine. Now they say some customers receive their outgoing faxes multiple times. Any ideas as to the cause?

The sending machine can not confirm if the job has been received sends the whole thing, fails and retries?
May be because the ECM is switched off?
Check the fax send history in the job log.Whatever -

I'm a newbie and I don't know much about using a fax service. Which fax are you using right now? As far as I know, cocofax has a month of free trial for the new users. In some cases, the sender simply sends multiple faxes because he is not sure he did it correctly.Comment
