Having several problems printing 11 x17 and suspect it is a problem with ic405 needing an updated firmware or possible needs software reinstall. Machine is printing fine to 8.5 x 11 but only not properly to 11 x17 or not at all. This machine (after taking off back covering) has an additional set of ports (ie RJ45, USB and serial). Is there a way to isolate and print without going to the IC405 to see if this is the problem? The machine was made in 2005 and I can only located the original User CD. Any ideas would be appreciated? or If anyone has a spare IC405 that they would to sell?

what version of system software is on the IC405? the latest is vers 2.01 which should fix your problem if used with version 2.01 driversComment
