check the black finger in the middle of the exit hasnt flipped forward.

If i had a dollar for each time I have fixed this - i wouldnt be doing this crap for a living anymore.

If i remember correctly that is a jam coming out of the top finisher tray. I usually fix it by tightening the tension on the top cover. There is a spring you can stretch that holds the cover tighter when closed. Also, there are black springs on the idler rollers on that cover. Cut them and make them tighter as well.
