pro 920 with punch unit constantly jamming

Hello All

we have one of our 920's punch unit constantly jamming which is being caused by the motor that drives the punches occasionally overrunning it's home position

for example when running three hole punches then when it jams the sheet will be stuck in the two hole punches

I've cleaned and oiled everything and it all looks fine

any one have any suggestions of what to do next

We have had one do this, you may need to remove the drive unit of the punch unit and check if some welding which supports the solenoid has cracked.

Add mylars ..this will fix problem their is a tech Bulletin on this
