bizhub 654 Drum unit K new release failure
Greetings!
I just installed a new drum unit (K) Black, into bizhub 654 and got the error message "Drum unit new release failure". I have cleaned the (Connections) chip contacts on Imaging unit and on the machine side.I have also checked by re-installing the drum unit but the problem is still there. I do not want to purchase the new drum unit.
Any idea or helpful piece of advice which can ease me to resolve this issue?
