Hi I have a Bizhub 283 where document navigator refuses to embed on, I have followed all the steps by creating a certificate etc yet gives an error every time you create the client. I follow same steps on a C220 from same server and works fine, any sugestions please.

IDK anything about Dov Nav., but check if firmware is latest on the c220. We had trouble with Paper Cut and ultimately Kon Min. had left something out of the latest fw. Since we updated the fw, it wouldn't work right. They are creating special fw to fix our problem. Just an angle to check. Sometimes latest fw is not the best.
