Hi there,

I have a customer who was working with a C454 so far and now use a C754e.

There's a little problem with some bypass print jobs they needed to cheat the machine a little format-wise. In order to get some "special jobs" done they need to enter a custom format that is slightly
larger than the actual format used by the customer. No problem with the old C454 that seem not to verify the custom format with the position of the paper guides of the bypass table.

But the C754e does verify it so the question is: Can I disable the sensor-based paper size check in order to use the manually entered settings only?

I have seen customers that put spacers next to the side guides to fool the bypass into thinking that the paper is larger then what it actually is...Emujo

I was thinking about that, too - might be a good workaround.
