Difference between PF 1-ways, black vs. white clutches ???

Is there a difference between the black or white 1-way clutches on paper pick-up/feed shafts?

Can the white ones be used in place of the black ones ?

The black tabs fit tighter to the tire that they drive, less slop. They are a couple $$ more. Otherwise interchangeable.
