Scans and copies are snowy black
Ok, so we have this MFC BizHub 20, the prints are perfect, but when it comes to the copies or a scan to email. They look like this. It does not matter if off the glass or through the ADF. The lamp comes on and the scanner moves across. Any Ideas as where to start?
