How can i get to service mode in c654e?

try pressing "menu" button then "counters" then stop 00,stop01.This will enter into the service password....type in 9272,9272,9272,9272.This will enter you into service screen.

This is only for trained technicians, not for customers.
Any faulty insert here, can destroy the whole machine.
