    Konica 222 erase old information

    Is there a way to erase previous owners info all at one time instead of one at a time thanks

    HDD format will erase any address book info, SSL cert and associated settings, and any user box info...Not much else is retained after power cycle on this model. Emujo

      In the admin settings, under HDD I think, is an "Overwrite All Data". Overwrites HDD when present, and erases all client data.

        If a HDD is present you can erase anything in service mode.
        if not, you have to delete any stuff in admin mode.
        best to do that, with pagescope.

        Have your prefered IP to the machine, connect to it,
        start Browser with machine adress go into admin mode and
        you can delete all data btw. reset to default settings, that helps.
