Hello every one

I am facing problem on bizhub c550 yellow toner need to be replaced toner is new machine detecting new cartridge and showing full but machine not working i changed pcb board but problem same i changed yellow toner hopper i checked toner drive section but problem same
any solutionThanks in advancee

Is the toner popping out of the holding claw in the back?/ May be full of toner spilled out, or worn out. We have replaced these before.
