Bizhub 363 with FK508, cassette settings.

Bizhub 363 equipped with FK508, cannot find the settings / soft switches to force the machine to use a specific cassette for the incoming faxes. At the moment they are being printed out from cassette #2. The customer needs them to be printed from cassette #3, the LCC PC-409.

    Any ideas please?

Ok, its a bitch to find.
Admin settings-> Fax settings -> TX/RX settings -> Goto page 2 of 3 ->tray selection for RX print.
Just scroll up down for the paper tray you want.
    Whatever

User setings/printer settings/report settings might work also...just choose the tray you need here. Emujo

Did as advised but machine keeps using the #1 Cassette. edited: for the TX-Report, normal faxes are using the desired cassette. Played with all settings but it still takes A3 size paper from the upper cassette though settings say to use #3 which is the LCC. No way to use the manual feed port too - which would have been an alternative for the customer, cause one can choose only cassette #1,2,3.

Had no time anymore yesterday to find out but could it be that it needs paper with the short side first to be fed (landscape)? There is no paper in the machine positioned as landscape except A3 and the manual feed port.

          What did I overlook?

A3, its not suppose to print on A3 except if someone is sending you A3 faxes.

My bad: Forgot to mention that the problem is with the TX-report, normal faxes are being printed on the selected cassette. Edited the post accordingly. Sorry 'bout that....
