I am a school teacher and am in charger of our technology this year. We have bizhub 500, I can see the interface on my computer, the network connection is good but when I try to print from my computer it looks like it goes and then in the history I can see where there was an error and job deleted. I really need to get these working for our teachers. Is there anyone that can help. I have contacted our vendor and he just told me to read the manual and I have but I am missing something. I contact Konica Minolta and since we didn't lease directly from them they can't help. Someone PLEASE help, it would be much appreciated.
