C284e - J32-01

Hi dudes,
did anyone had this random J32-01 trouble with a C284e ?
In a duplex job, the first sheet goes out of the MFP instead of going upside of the exit unit.
I've replaced SD3, tried to cut both springs in the paper exit unit(solenoid SD3 + gate) but it only works few days.

no idea where to look for.

Looks like it is a sticky noise damper on the gate.

i had cut the spring guide but definitely not by half.

There's a bulletin on the KM site about inserting a 2mm thick mylar between the end of the solenoid plunger arm and the wall for this model.

I tried (not with a mylar), but still doesnt work properly.
Could you send me this TB ?

Sorry, the bulletin number is KBAO 1500433.

We've replaced the sensor on a few machines to fix same jam code also.

Just wanted to update this thread. We still see this problem and they have come out with a new part to fix it. See the attachment for the bulletin.
