konica 361 jams when duplexed.

konica 361 black and white that jams occasionally when duplexing. when it does jam the lead edge is off 1 to 2 inches on the 2nd side. one sided copying seams fine. do i have a clutch that needs replaced? thanks for your advice

Yes .in duplex unit ...I think 2 are in their

There are 2 Mylars at the entrance to the duplex unit. I have seen those get notched and torn snagging papers as they enter the duplex unit. I would trim out the cut or just remove them altogether.
