[Misc] C6501 Tray 1 & 2 does not lift paper

Hello techs,

I have one 6501 with trays 1 & 2 not lifting paper stack.

Sensors work in I/O Check.

When inserting tray, tray 3 lifts the paper stack and works fine. Trays 1 & 2 won't do anything and you can't hear any sound from the motors.

I've checked the ICPs on PRCB and they are OK.

Any advice anyone could give?
