Has anyone had the problem of what looks like specs of developer or toner welding itself to the drums I had one today which was a new drum a week ago and now its full of hair line thick specs all over.

I have had a couple of these start to dump dev and it was always fixed by replacing the HVPS. -

yes, had it before, new drum, dev unit, vac out the hopper and install a new, correct genuine toner. I've had bad genuine KM toner batches on these machines do just that.
Many drums and developers were wasted in the fault finding process, changing boards and god knows what else before discovering it was the toner.Comment
