Are you sure it is blue? Think about it, if it would be the fusing unit, you should have only one color...

      This one is easy.
      The IU's are toast.
Remember to clean the laser slit glass when replacing the IU's.
Check the condition of the transfer belt and fuser.

      Or...

You can disassemble the IU's and clean the corona units and doctor blades.
Mmm there is a tricky seal that breaks.
Remember to clean the laser slit glass when replacing the IU's.
      Whatever

Did not even know the machine can produce that print. Rather show the CMYK halftones at 127 and 255.

It looks like one of your printheads is out of alignment. Fix that first and see if you still have the problem.

oil can says "machine status L-4 "

cyan IU is one block away from end of life
black IU reach end of life but still works fine

L-4 is black drum life warning.... Cyan drum is probably just wore out. They do fail prematurely every now and then. if you run a stabilization does it go away for a few copies??

Do a half stop test. If defect on cyan drum I would replace cyan IU. Seems clear to me that is probably the issue.
