Bizhub 180 C0070 Error

Bizhub 180 has a C0070 Error. I've read this may be related to the toner bottle motor but also the fuser is not heating, could they be related issue?

toner bottle rotation... throwing the code before fuser can heat.

Not even cousens. Could just be bad luck. The only reason i have had that code was for leaving the motor or sensor unplugged.

To prove that chuck a little toner in the dev to satisfy the beats, and it should heat up.
Or just fix the bottle rotation problem.

Customers tend to change the bottle when toner is supplying and force the new one in a wrong position making a mess.
