yellow and cyan toner around the ransfer belt and the cleaning roller C353 !

hi everybody
i had this problem before two weeks and i removed the transfer belt and i cleaned ''the transfer belt cleaning unit'' it was full of waste toner i thought that was the problem , but this problem came back today it is a yellow line around the transfer belt and the cleaning roller at left
anybody got any idea about that

Its the imaging unit of the matching colour- you must be new to konicaminolta

when you say cyan and yellow toner is "at left" on transfer belt and "cleaning roller" (there isn't one, i assume you mean transfer roller) I am assuming you mean there is cyan and yellow toner left behind at the very edges of the transfer belt and roller. If so, yeah its the imaging units.

anywhere in the middle of the belt then its the cleaning blade of the belt thats failed and you will need a new transfer belt.
