Pull out your ADU, on the right side(to the right and below the bypass rollers, you will see the entrance baffle. This upper baffle gets bent and causes skewing. If you reform it, it should straighten out your copies. If it is too bad, then you will have to replace it.

Is there a way to adjust this in the settings (36 mode) or anywhere? I had a service man look at it and he was able to adjust some of it out, but not all. Instead of calling him back, if I can do it my self. It takes about 7-10 days to get him here.

Did you check the baffle that I talked about. I have seen it quite a few times, be the culprit for skewing. If you look at it closely you will see that the gap between the top and bottom is not even.

And I do not know of any skew adjustment in 36 Mode. Only thing that you might try is to increase the registration loop. That might give it more of a chance to straighten out. But if you go to far then other problems will occur.

There is a mechanical skew adjustment that is just before the lower transfer roller.
