Bizhub C35 Paper size mismatch error

I have a bizhub c35 giving a paper size mismatch error.
It does about 20 copies then a paper stops halfway out fuser and gives the mismatch thing. Ive dine the firmware and changed the clutches. Has anyone had this issue?

The registration flags does get sticky.

If an IU is not detected during stabilizing or printing, it will pop out with a paper size error.
It would be interesting to see if it will continuously print A5 size paper.

The IU's are know to @#$% out on these models.
Put some pressure on the door for a bit...
O and the toner boxes must also make perfect contact.
And the front door must be properly closed.
