[Misc] PKI Settings/Protocol Settings tab missing as is store address tab to

Hi folks,
I Stupidly re- initialized some setting in the system menu and now I've lost the Protocol settings sub menu under PKI settings in the devices' web interface. The Address store tab is now also missing.
I've upgraded the firmware, removed the SSL cert and did a Network clear from the Web interface, but none of these have returned these options.

I need the Protocol settings to upload a embedded platform onto the device.
Any ideas?

Just for tread closure and in case anyone else strikes this.
The fix was to set the Hard Disk as installed, then these options returned.
