C450 Scanning - Any way to disable using AccountTrack?

We have a couple of C450s and I am wondering if there is a way to enable or disable the scanning functions using the AccountTrack.

We are a multi-tenant office share environment and use the AccountTrack functions to tally copies on a monthly basis.

I looked in the AccountTrack totals, and "scans" was avaiable as one of the totals, but I didn't see anything in the AccountTrack options that would allow us to enable or disable scanning per "account".

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

You cannot disable the scan count as far as I know.

too true. if this is a feature you wish to have control over, you may need to change to User Authenication. this will give you much more flexibility on your restrictions of functions and limits on quotas etc. however even doing this may still keep the counter reports displaying the scans column, but it won't have any numbers in it.
