I am a Sharp tech trying to learn the Bizhubs and I have this C308 attached to a Jamex 6557 set on vendor 2 . I have turned off
power save in service and Admin modes but, every so often the copier will display "power on external vending device" and you have
to unplug the coin box and plug it back in and it works fine . I thought shutting off power save would fix it but it's still doing it.
Any suggestions?
