Reseat all plugs on main boards. Reseat the memory and/or replace it.

      MFPB?

Give the connectors and memory a try as Srvctec suggested.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

I tried this late yesterday. After that, when I went into the admin mode it immediately tells me to format the HDD. So I started the format process and it did nothing for 2 hours. So I shut it down, went into service mode and un-installed the HDD. So far it is working fine. Will update once we get more time with it.

Did you attempt a physical or a logical format?
Physical format can take a while.
          Whatever

I was not in the service mode and it did not give me the option. I am thinking hard disk errors. I was simply going into the Admin Area and the screen came up saying due to a recent change (I made none) that an HDD format was required. No options were given.

I've seen this before, but it escapes me. Is this thru the ADF? If so, does it do it both LEF and SEF? I'm trying to jog my memory.

Go to Service and do as Allan suggested, could have been done over night if customer is happy with it. It could be faulty HDD. Is the firmware updated?

So far the machine has been fine since "uninstalling" the HDD in the service mode. Only been 4 or 5 days but so far so good.
