[Electrical] C654e giving light copies.

Hi guys
Please help sitting with huge issue...the prints and copies coming out of C654e machine are light altough the image on the transfer belt is solid.Changed the hv boards with other machine and now that machines gives the same problem....which hv board do you think is the problematic one and do you think it could be possible that the hv board are damaging the controller board.....Thank you in advance hope some body experienced the same problem.
I ve got not just one ,but now 2 clients that wants to kill me....

Lesson learned. Have you tried the Stabilisation reset and stabiliser and grafations first? What about gradation prints?
