    bizhub 250

    touch panel didn't work (keys worked) . two plastics that screws screwed were broken . I qlued the plastics also replaced touch panel (because it fell down and broken) . But when i use it have smae problem . Is there anything i must take care?

    Change the panel that is the only fix i know.

      If you replaced the touch panel with a new one (used will NOT work well, cause having the same inherited problem from the old series) and still not working, than I would clean the rim where the touch panel sits on. Often crud is coming between the touch panel and the underside of the control panel cut out. Did you do the calibration BTW?

        How can i do calibration BTW ? Only keys are working not touch panel.
