Bizhub 362 error C1183

Hello friends, am not a Konica tech, we have none close by. I have a bizhub with this C1183.Can anyone help with this problem.

Check sub tray flab...this gets stuck at times! Upper limit senors ..all check

I'm not sure what "sub tray flab" is, but, C1183 has to do with the finisher. Check that both bins are seated as close the the finisher as possible. Make sure there is nothing under the lower bin. If the bins have risen too high, turn off machine and reach under upper bin, hold in sensor actuator and turn machine back on. This may allow the bins to lower. If this doesn't work you will have to remove rear finisher cover and lower the bins manually.
