no back print in black

bizhub c500 pro
while printing or copying in black and duplexing the back side is almost not there. It looks translucent. It is extreamly light. While printing in full color it is fine. it only does this in black.
we have run sky shots and the are great. 1 sided only.
any ideas.

Does this happen copying or printing?

It does it on both.

I would check the exclusive paper settings for the second side. It could be that the charges are way off for that second side. It sounds like its a current issue. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to recall standard data and redo the process adjustment. However recall standard data wont reset the "exclusive paper settings". Just a thought.
