I checked gears of fusing are working ok. What else can it be?

Can you rotate the fuser by hand if its turning stiff there could be a problem with the bearings.
If all seems loose enough and change the motor.

plz check the fusing motor by load check ,if its working check the pully gear which give drive to fusing unit
