C 5001 error in C 6501

hi all.
i am unable to recover C 5001 error in C 6501 mc. i have replaced DCPS1 and DCPS2 but it still throws the same error(C5001)
i have also replaced if the OACB was faulty but still no luck. can i get help or suggestions to locatethe problem is well appreciated. thanks.

Check ICP22 on the printer control board it may have blown
