    SD-510 jamming J7266 and C1115

... on Letter R booklets. I'm not sure how the enduser managed to do it, but they broke the first folding knife gear with the half-way-round flag, and knocked loose the home position sensor.

It took a little while to get the gear and photointerrupter. That left me with the J7266. It happened every time right at the folding knife, and the paper flipped the leading edge down at the front. The problem turned out to be guide SD4. Ordinarily when I magnify a picture i put a reference, like a penny in the picture, but the penny would have entirely covered this photo. I can't imagine how the snag got there, but took some force to cut the steel. It took only a few minutes with a diamond jewelers file to smooth it out. See below:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
