Has anyone run across an issue where they were required to utilize host names for a networked Bizhub 215? One of my techs is trying to give a unique host name for this device and there is no entry field in PSWC, the admin page, and when you do a ping -a IP ADDRESS it returns a "no host name found". My understanding was every device has a host name. On the e series, you can't blank out the DNS host name, it must be either the default or something of your choosing. I recommended trying the WMIC command, or NETDOM to change it, but since it doesn't return a host name, this is a dead end also. KMBTXXXXXX (similar to the e series) returns nothing. Emujo
