I don't see that error code in the troubleshooting section of the manual. Usually the codes are Cxxxx (i.e. C0500). Did you mis type the code maybe?

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Darren is correct. I have been able to just clear the code and the machine will run fine for several weeks after. My customer doesn't want to buy a C board...they are kind of pricey for an older machine.

Add an electrolysis capacitor (100 microfarad) to C143 in parallel on the PWB-C .
Solder the capacitor on the existing C143.
          Capcitors recommended by KonicaMinolta:
          - UVR1C101MDD1TD(Nichicon)
          - ECA1CM101(Matsushita electronics)
          - RE3-16V101M(Elna)

Hi, I recently bought a copier cf2002, it was saying to replace image units red and blue, did that and it works but soon after yellow image came up too, replace it and keep saying same msg to install the yellow image?

I work at Mobile Area Water and Sewer company. We have a Imagistics Color Copier that keeps coming up with the same problem.

                    C-3c50

The only way for the machine to continue is to open and close the front door and shut machine off then turn back on.
This happens everyday and takes even more effort on a following Monday after a weekend.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
